CTC@Robertson and
The Robertson SHED Inc.
The Robertson Community Technology Centre (CTC@Robertson) is a multi-function centre managed by a not-for-profit community organisation (The Robertson Shed Inc.). Our aim is to create and maintain a welcoming hub for people who live, work and visit Robertson and the Southern Highlands. The centre provides facilities and enriching experiences in IT, arts, education, business and commerce, social and cultural fields.
CTC@Robertson is managed by a volunteer committee and a part-time manager. The centre offers volunteering work experience for about 15 locals, from teenagers to adults and seniors.
The CTC@Robertson building was completed in April 2004. It was financed from two separate grants from Federal Government programs. The community technology centre was funded from a separate two year grant from NSW State and Commonwealth governments. The centre belongs to an association of CTCs in New South Wales.
