The Thin Green Line Art Prize
The Thin Green Line Art Prize is part of the Robertson Rainforest Festival celebrations in 2026. It is an initiative of Robertson Environment Protection Society (REPS) in partnership with CTC Robertson. There is a prize of $500 kindly sponsored by the Robertson Ladies Long Lunch.
Theme
The Thin Green Line is a fragile ribbon of ecosystem, a sanctuary for biodiversity serving as a life-giving bridge for species on the move. Artists are invited to explore this theme and bring awareness to the necessity to create more habitat and maintain the beautiful bushland and rainforests of Robertson and its surrounds.

Terms and Conditions
- Entries can be any medium and must be the original signed work of the artist.
- Entries must be suitably prepared for hanging or display. Two dimensional works must have 2 D-rings on the back. Please contact the CTC if you require further guidance about how to prepare works for hanging.
- The maximum size of hanging works is 1 metre x 1 metre.
- Works should be labelled on the back with artist’s name, title of work, medium and price.
- Copyright remains the property of the entrant. Artists grant CTC Robertson and REPS a non-exclusive, perpetual royalty-free copyright license to reproduce their work for non-commercial purposes
- All works entered are to be for sale.
- Commission on sales will be 20%, payable to the CTC. The CTC will process payments and settle up with entrants at the conclusion of the exhibition.
- The CTC has a security system in place and all care will be taken in protecting artwork on exhibition. However, no liability can be taken for the safety and/or damage of artworks and exhibitors are required to exhibit their works at their own risk.
- The winner will receive a cash prize of $500 kindly sponsored by The Robertson Ladies Long Luncheon
- Complete the entry form – forms can be emailed to [email protected] or delivered to the CTC 10am-4pm Thursday - Friday or 9am-1pm Saturday.
- An entry fee of $10 must be paid by direct deposit with emailed forms or paid at the CTC if delivering form. Direct deposit details are –

Delivery/exhibition/collection of works
- All works are to be delivered to the CTC between Thursday 24 September and Saturday 26 September during CTC opening hours - 10am-4pm Thursday - Friday or 9am-1pm Saturday.
- CTC volunteers will mount the exhibition. Although every effort will be made to exhibit all works, this is not guaranteed.
- Works will be exhibited from Thursday 1 October to Saturday 31 October.
- The winner will be announced at an official launch on Friday evening 2 October – further details to be advised.
- All (unsold) entries are to be collected between 12 noon and 1pm on Saturday 31 October (unless otherwise arranged).
