SHOW CTC WORKSHOP SERIES
Workshop Cancelled - unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances the Upcycling Workshop scheduled for Saturday 21 October has been cancelled.
The Robertson Show Society and CTC Robertson are collaborating to bring new energy and accessibility to the historic Pavilion exhibits of the Robertson Show.
A recent conversation with a Robertson Resident revealed a simmering exuberance to see their own exhibits in the Robertson show Pavilion. Admiring their bees at work, this resident recalled the frisson of bottling a first honey batch and the thrill of winning a ribbon.
To help others experience the same thrill we have launched SHOW CTC Workshops. These will demonstrate how to create particular Pavilion exhibits, how to interpret the rules in the Show Schedule and provide opportunities to connect with your Robertson neighbours.
The Robertson Show has been an annual fixture for 144 years and like all regional agricultural shows, the Robertson Show includes a Pavilion showcasing individual and community endeavours. Each Show displays competitions including handcrafts, textile work, gardening, cake cooking, bread, beer, jam, art, photography and children’s design and technology.
