Researching Family History

Would you like to learn how to research your family history? Join us for this special Seniors Festival workshop on how to get started on your research. We will also look at the different tools you can use to delve into your family history and how to use online services to help you with your project. Our Guest presenter, Maureen Van Veen will share tips from her 40 years of experience researching family history.


Need some further assistance? CTC Digital Mentors are available on Friday afternoons to help with Be Connected learning on your device.

Be Connected has a range of resources that have been specially designed to support older Australians get online.  

Be Connected Sessions are free.You can bring their own laptop, iPad or smart phone or use one of ours during the session. You can come to one or all sessions.
